Return & Refund Policy
We accept return or exchange requests for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories. Please contact us at info@oneodio.com before sending any item back. We do not accept returns sent back without prior approval.
Returns for personal preference, buyer's remorse, or opened/used products are not accepted unless otherwise approved by our customer support team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by OneOdio.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Warranty
OneOdio products purchased from OneOdio.com are covered by a 24-month warranty for product quality issues. Warranty service may include repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, improper repair, normal wear and tear, or damage not related to product quality.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at info@oneodio.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, product name, photos or videos of the issue, and a short description of what happened.
If a package appears damaged on arrival, please keep all packaging materials and shipping documents, as they may be required for carrier investigation.
For lost packages, we will review the tracking information and work with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we may arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability and the order status.

- Wait for our customer support team to review your request and provide return instructions.
- Send the item back only after your return request has been approved.
- Share the return tracking number with us after shipment.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved refund or exchange.
Shipping Fees, Duties, and Taxes
Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by product quality or fulfillment error.
If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to duties, taxes, or customs fees, you may be responsible for any costs related to return shipping, customs handling, or reshipment.
